Yugoslav Air Force

:''Not to be confused with the air force of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, the Yugoslav Royal Air Force.''
The Yugoslav Air Force (, Југословенско Ратно ваздухопловство / Jugoslovensko Ratno vazduhoplovstvo), was the air force of Yugoslavia, and functioned as one of three branches of the Yugoslav People's Army (JNA), the Yugoslav military. The full name of the branch was Air Force and Anti-Air Defense (''Ратно ваздухопловство и противваздушна одбрана'', РВ и ПВО / ''Ratno vazduhoplovstvo i protivvazdušna odbrana'', RV i PVO or ''Ratno zrakoplovstvo i protuzračna obrana'', RZ i PZO). At its height, it was one of the largest air forces in Europe. The SFR Yugoslav Air Force was disbanded following the war in Yugoslavia 1991-1995.
